How long can I have till I can return an item?

Because of the nature of the products we sell, we cannot take returns on any used item. Returns must be received within 21 days of order date and include a copy of your original order receipt. No refunds for any returns received after 21 days. Any return after 21 days will receive store credit only.

Returns must be received in original new condition with all packaging or a full credit will not be issued. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to any return. Please research and/or contact Exotic Distro with any questions before placing your order or using your purchase.

My item is damaged, what do I do?

Exotic Distro will exchange or refund unused and undamaged parts.
